Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Please include photos and your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund for you — whichever is most appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used toys
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Clearance items
(unless faulty)
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
