Shipping policy

We ship New Zealand–wide. Your order will be processed and prepared shortly after purchase.

• Delivery Time: Typically 7–15 business days after dispatch
(Shipping time may vary depending on the courier and location. Rural delivery may take slightly longer.)

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. If you don’t see a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us — we’re happy to help.

Multiple Parcels
Some items may arrive separately if they are packed and shipped from different fulfilment centres. Don’t worry — your full order is on the way.

Very rarely, courier delays may occur due to weather, customs, public holidays, or courier network issues. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will investigate for you.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned or lost, additional shipping costs may apply.
